Henry Ware, Jr. was an eminent clergyman, abolitionist, and professor at the Harvard Divinity School. He was father to Ann Bent Ware, Adeline's teacher at the high school.

Sarah ("Aunt Sarah") Fuller Deming (1812-1889) is the sister of Adeline's mother, married to Amos Lockwood. They lived in Slatersville, Rhode Island.
Mary Chapman
Mary Chapman (1849-1851) was the daughter of Avis Waterman Lockwood, sister of Amos Lockwood. Amos Lockwood married Sarah Deming, sister of Adeline's mother.
George Nathaniel Dana
George Dana (1831-1915), age 19, was the son of Nathaniel Dana and Lois Walker Lord and brother to Edward Augustus Dana (previously cited on page 5) and Louisa Dana (previously cited on page 55) . There were two Dana houses nearby, one on Harvard Ave. and one on the southeast corner of Washington and Park, the exact location of their residence remains indeterminate.
