This is another reference to the Baron von Klingenberg dialog from "The National Speaker" previously outlined on page 8. In this case the part is of Aunt Quimby:

Anna Atkinson (1837-1917), age 13, lived on Walnut Place. She later married Richard Morrell Staigg, a portrait painter.

Ths is most likely William Philbrick (1834-1902), younger brother of Edward Philbrick, same age as Adeline. The Philbricks lived at 182 Walnut St.
