New Home
The current understanding of the new home is:
- The house is across the street from Mary's house, on the south side Boylston St. a block east of Cypress St.
- It is a rental and they have dubbed it "Appleton Cottage"
- Adeline will spend the summer in Walpole, NH
- The Faxons will alll move to Walpole by the end of 1851
Sarah Pierce Kelsey Fay
Sarah Fay (1808-1895) lived with her family of five children at 43 Linden St., right next door to the Faxons.
Martha Dana
She is the daughter of Charles Dana and Esther Deming, the older sister of Adeline's mother.
