This is probably Charles Hamilton Davidson (1812-1860) but there is currently no record of a marriage.
The Sale of the House
There is no indication as to why the Faxons have decided to move. By July, Adeline will be writing letters from their next location: Walpole, NH. There is some evidence that the Faxons first rented a house near Mary Faxon Howe's place on Boylston St. Mr. Faxon dubbed their new house "Allerton Cottage" but that name does not currently yield any clues as to location.
